By 3am on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, Honourable Marlon Praises Anipa was dead. He was pronounced dead on arrival at the Hohoe Government hospital. He spent only a day in the office as District Chief Executive for the newly created Oti District and died three days after burying his sister-in-law.
We have really lost a good friend and he will be forever remembered.
